NO SIGN / PRODUCT VISION
Internal overview

Product structure

Three interfaces: one for field staff, one for clients, and one for our operations team.

The MVP already handles reports, notification calls and call history. This is the proposed structure for adding client accounts, staff access and reporting.

01 / INTERFACES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Who uses what

FIELD APP01

Field staff

People who find and remove signs

  • Sign in with a personal six-digit code
  • Submit the company, phone number and sign location
  • Review their own reports and notification outcomes
WHY IT EXISTS

Staff need a simple way to report work while moving around the city and check what happened to each submission.

Own reports, within the assigned client account
CLIENT DASHBOARD02

Clients

Usually a city or municipality

  • A separate account for each client
  • Reports, businesses contacted and call recordings
  • Work totals and notification outcomes
WHY IT EXISTS

Clients need to see what work we have completed for them and which businesses have been notified.

All reports belonging to their client account
INTERNAL ADMIN03

Our team

People managing No Sign operations

  • Create client accounts and manage users
  • Approve or decline staff and issue or revoke codes
  • Review reports and statistics across all clients
WHY IT EXISTS

We need to control access, onboard clients and keep track of work across every account.

All clients, staff and reports
SHARED PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

One report history, with access based on role

01

Client accounts

Each client has its own users, staff assignments and reports.

02

Reports

Each report identifies the client, staff member, business and location.

03

Notifications

A call notifies the business. The outcome and recording stay with the report.

04

Reporting

Staff see their work, clients see their account, and our team sees everything.

Client accounts are separate. A client cannot view another client’s reports.
02 / ACCESS

Why we need controlled access

Report submission cannot stay public

An open form could be used to submit fake reports and trigger unwanted calls. Only approved staff should be able to create reports.

Approve staff memberIssue codeAllow reporting
FIELD STAFF ACCESS

A personal six-digit code

Each staff member gets their own code. Our team can approve or decline access, assign them to a client, and replace or revoke their code.

CLIENT ACCESS

One account per client

We create an account and user access for each client. Its dashboard contains only that client’s work. Our admin view covers all accounts.

03 / REPORT WORKFLOW

What happens after a sign is removed

  1. 1

    Staff submit a report

They sign in and enter the business and sign location.

  2. 2

    The work is recorded

The report is linked to the staff member and client account.

  3. 3

    The business is called

A personalized message is played. The call outcome and recording are saved.

  4. 4

    The client sees the result

The report and notification outcome appear in their dashboard.

Reporting should distinguish a call attempt, a message played and an unanswered call. A call attempt alone does not count as a delivered notification.
04 / SCOPE

Current MVP and proposed additions

WORKING TODAY

Report submission, automated notification calls, call outcomes, recordings and a shared report history.

TO ADD

Client accounts, controlled staff access, personal report histories, client dashboards and an internal admin view with cross-client statistics.
